Yes. Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. You retain access until the end of your billing period. No questions, no friction.
Yes. Any track you have downloaded during your membership is yours to keep. Downloads are permanent files on your device. Membership governs access to new releases and the streaming library.
Annual members may use HUMN tracks in private client sessions with up to 25 clients per month. This covers 1:1 sessions, in-person and online. It does not cover group events, yoga studios, or teaching programs. See the Practitioners page for higher-tier licensing.
After joining, you'll receive a welcome email with a scheduling link for your consultation. Sessions are conducted over video call and are approximately 30 minutes. We'll review your practice model and build a protocol recommendation.
The true binaural beat effect requires stereo headphones — the brain needs to receive different frequencies in each ear to create the entrainment effect. Delta and theta tracks also include isochronic pulses which do work on speakers, but for full effect, headphones are strongly recommended. In-ear or over-ear both work well.
