Founding Practitioner Terms

BiSync Founding Practitioner Agreement

HUMN · humn.audio · Effective on date of acceptance

This agreement is between HUMN (humn.audio, operated by Victoria Cortez, "HUMN") and you, the applying practitioner ("Practitioner"). It is written in plain language. It is a real agreement.

1. What HUMN commits to you

Immediate access to the BiSync Engine at humn.audio upon acceptance
Your monthly rate is locked at $197/month for as long as you remain an active member — it will never increase
Full practitioner protocol package: session guides, client intake language, Hibiki interpretation framework, and chakra-biometric region mapping
Direct communication with the founder — not a support queue
Co-author acknowledgment in any peer-reviewed publication arising from the pilot study that uses your session data, subject to journal requirements
First access to hardware components (haptic glove, biometric integration) as they move from prototype to production

2. What you commit to HUMN

Monthly membership fee of $197 billed on the same date each month, beginning after your onboarding call
A minimum of four (4) BiSync-assisted sessions per month during the pilot study period (90 days), with basic session notes submitted via a shared form
Honest, direct feedback on what is and isn't working in your practice context
You will not misrepresent BiSync's clinical status to clients — BiSync is a wellness tool in active research, not a medical device

3. Your session data

Session data (HRV readings, session parameters, practitioner notes) is collected for the BiSync pilot study. Data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Your name and client names are never associated with published study data — only anonymized aggregates. You may withdraw from the study at any time without affecting your membership.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. There is no minimum term beyond the 90-day pilot study period. If you cancel after the pilot study closes, the founding rate is not guaranteed upon re-enrollment.

5. What BiSync is and isn't

BiSync is a wellness technology platform. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Session data generated by BiSync does not constitute a medical record. Practitioners are responsible for their own scope of practice and client contraindication screening.

6. Confidentiality

Certain materials shared with founding practitioners (protocol documents, frequency recipe structures, haptic architecture details) are proprietary to HUMN. You agree not to share these materials publicly or with competing platforms during your membership and for 12 months after.

7. That's it

This is a relationship built on trust between practitioners. If something isn't working, you tell Torie directly. If HUMN fails to deliver what's in section 1, you can cancel without penalty. The goal is to build something real together.
